While our principal concern is with the health and safety of our clients, employees, and their families, we have remained focused and committed to making the necessary adjustments to continue to be available to serve you during this difficult time despite the new challenges presented by COVID-19 which have significantly impacted traditional ways of doing business.

We have followed all local, provincial, and federal government mandates and regulations, and we remain up to date, changing our office policies as necessary. As part of the health and safety precautions that we continue to take, we are limiting in-office meetings to only those which are absolutely necessary under extraordinary circumstances, which will be determined on a case-by-case basis in consultation with the lawyer having carriage of your file.

With that having been said, we ask that anyone who is feeling unwell or has recently travelled out of the country not to attend our offices in Toronto and Mississauga, and to please take all reasonable precautions as advised by public health officials for your safety, the safety of our staff, clients, and their families.

We are pleased to offer telephone calls and video conferencing as an alternative to in-person meetings to continue to provide contact and service to our clients while maintaining the health and safety of everyone involved.

We will also continue to offer our free 30 minute initial consultations by telephone or video call which can be arranged by contacting our office.
